3 Reasons why you need a pair of knee socks

I love knee socks, they're super fun and comfy. I've got quite the collection of plain black ones to crazy bright print ones.

Here's 3 reasons for why you need some knee socks in your life!

1. I love to wear shorts around the house, especially for lounging because it's the most comfortable. If I do ever get cold, wearing knee socks help to keep my feet warm, especially  when you have cold tile floors.

2 . Knee socks are perfect to wear under boots. I hate when my socks slip when I'm wearing knee high, or even over the knee boots. I have a bunch of pairs of knee socks that I can wear under all my tall boots that will never slip.

3. Knee Socks are great for working out. I love the look of them with sneakers, for that retro feel. They also will protect your shins if you're doing any weightlifting workouts like dead lifts where the bar may come in contact with your shins.

I received these socks from Chrissy's Knee Socks for review purposes. All opinions stated in this post are of my own. I really love collecting different types of knee socks because there's so much personality in each pair. Chrissy's really has a large selection of styles, prints and colors. All of the socks that I received were great in quality, and feel super comfy to wear. They have a good stretch on them, even with the designs. My favorite ones have to be the Donut Socks below since they appeal to my foodie side. Other faves include: Shark Socks, Rainbow Unicorn, and tube socks.

Transition to Fall: Long Line Bomber

Summer is coming to an end, and Fall is just around the corner. The easiest way to transition your summer outfits to fall, is to layer and throw a jacket over it. I love wearing shorts and dresses, so I will continue to wear these outfits well into fall. Adding a jacket will ease the transition to slightly cooler temperatures.

Wrap Maxi with SheIn

I love the look of maxi dresses, especially with a wrap detail. I think the wrap silhouette is super sexy and really looks good on any body type. This dress is from SheIn, a fast fashion website. I was a bit skeptical with how the quality would be seeing as how the prices were so low, but after receiving this dress, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the fabric was decent and not like that super thin fabric that wrinkles really easily that I've encountered with other cheap brands. Shop this dress here.

Style Your Tech: 3 Summer Print Trends

As a blogger, I'm constantly on my phone all day long, and I like to surround myself with pretty things and decided I would personalize my tech items since I'm constantly on them. I shared some spring trends and patterns in this previous post, and this time, I'm sharing the summer trends inspired by vacations and getting away! My phone is an extension of my style and personality. I am super excited about collaborating with Incipio again with their latest summer design series collection. You may have already seen me flaunting these fashion-forward cases in some of my latest instagrams

They are totally on trend with their patterns: leaf print, mermaid scales and a fun flamingo print! What I love most about their cases is that they really protect phone from accidental drops while not sacrificing style. All of the cases really show off the color of your phone because you know I love my rose gold iphone 6s!

Tropical Co-ord Set with Zaful

 Zaful Tropical Co-Ord Set (c/o)
I absolutely love coordinating sets, and this tropical print one from Zaful is the perfect summer outfit. This outfit is perfect for a date night on vacation or when you just feel like you need to be on vacation. What I love about coordinating sets is that you can break apart the pieces to make multiple looks. The top can easily be paired with a high waisted pair of shorts for a more casual look. For my second look, I swapped the top for a simple white cropped tank. Check out more of the look below the jump!

Little Blue Dress

Summer is here, and I'm obsessed with this perfect little floral blue dress. I got this on sale at h&m recently, so it's no longer on their website, but they may have it in stores. I love how flirty and feminine it is with the little cut-out. I pared it with my summer staples: espadrilles, a choker and a bucket bag I picked up from the Nordstrom Sale
Outfit details: H&M Dress (similar), DV for Target Espadrilles, Street Level Bucket Bag (mini version), The Songbird Collection Jewelry: Rope Wrap Choker, Bracelets (1, 2), Rings (1, 2, 3)
