IPSY May Glam Bag

This month's ipsy Glam Bag has arrived! This is my 3rd month receiving this makeup subscription. It's only $10 and you get some really awesome things to try. Read about my March and April bags. This month was all about "Fresh picks" with things that are perfect for Spring and transitioning to summer. I likes last month's picks a lot more, but i'm still happy with everything I got for my $10. The linen bag for this month is especially cute.

Inside my bag:
- Eva NYC Therapy - session hair mask - this is perfect for my hair, I've got color treated hair that is a bit dry that I'm always looking for ways to condition and hydrate it.
- Hang Ten Classic Sport SPF50 - this sunscreen is perfect to throw into your purse for the summer. My mom got me into the habit at a young age to always wear sun screen, so I can always use more sun screen. I love this one because its really light and not greasy at all.
- Pacifica Mineral Eyeshadow Duo - these were very nice neutral colors and the texture of this eyeshadow feels really smooth so it should blend nicely.
- Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer - Love this product! I love Too Faced products and I love this matte bronzer. It also smell great, just like chocolate!
- Avène Thermal Spring Water - this is a really intriguing product. It's a basically a water spray. I would think it's pretty similar to the Evian sprays you see out there. I've never actually tried a spray like this, but it feels refreshing on the face and could be good to use as a setting spray.

Spring Cleaning: Wardrobe

Spring Cleaning! Today's focus is wardrobe. I'm totally guilty of having way too many clothes for my own good. Yes, i wear most of them, but not all of them. It's time to clean out that closet!

You're going to want to separate your clothes to 4 categories: Keep, Donate, Fix and Trash.

Follow the golden rule of closet organization: If you haven't worn it in a year, you probably won't wear it again.
1.) Look over your closet, and bag all of your unwanted and unworn clothes for donation.
2.) Set aside those that have tears or missing buttons for fixing.
3.) Trash things that have been worn in beyond repair, like shoes and undergarments that we would not want to donate.
4.) Keep everything else that you wear within rotation.

Some things to keep in mind to keep your closet organized and clutter free.
- Flip all hangers backwards each time you clean out your closet. As you start to wear things and put them back the right way, you can quickly tell which items you haven't worn the next time you do some closet cleaning.
- When buying an item, try to envision at least 5 different ways you can wear the item with things you already have in yourcloset.
- For closet staples, buy high quality items that will last, see my closet staples below:

How do you keep your closet organized? What some of closet staples that you can't live without?
