Yuzukoshu - This paste/sauce is made from yuzu- a Japanese citrus that tastes like a hybrid of orange, lemon and lime. It's got a tart and spicy flavor that goes along with everything! I love eating this with sushi and yakitori like chicken.
Ponzu - a citrus soy vinaigrette - this is also made with yuzu and is great for dipping. I love adding this to my salads and eating this with fish - raw or cooked.
Shichimi - Japanese red pepper - sometimes this has some bits of sesame and is great to add on top of everything to add a bit of spice
