EATS: I Love Eggs


I love eggs. They are so simple, yet can be cooked so many different ways, they're just so eggcelent! I recently went to a place in Downtown LA called Eggslut. I was so eggcited for this place! It's located inside of the Grand Central Market. The pay hommage to the egg with some eggstatic dishes. Pictured above is their "slut" - coddled egg over pureed potatoes served with toasted crostini. So much deliciousness in a jar.

On the weekends, my go-to breakfast usually consists of some kind of egg. My favorite way to have it is sunny side up with a baguette and some Maggi (a vietnamese soy sauce).
