1. Cut off all the tops on your garlic bulbs
2. Place each garlic bulb on a sheet of foil and drizzle olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Or, if you're like me, chances are you already have something in the oven (roast, mac n cheese, etc) just throw it in there anywhere and take it out within 20-30 minutes. :)
4. Open up the foil balls and now you have perfectly delicious roasted garlic. You can use a paring knive to remove the garlic cloves from the bulb.
